2 to 5 years of experience in hiring for IT based R&D roles in a must
Can work full time at the client office in Bangalore
Strong at sourcing through job boards and LinkedIn
Active at candidate engagement and no.s driven recruiter
Can manage multiple reporting lines and stakeholders internally
